BRYAN JONES / ORIGINAL PORTRAIT
01 / THE WAY I WORK

Responsibility
changes how
you build.

I’m at my best when I can see the whole operation—and stay close enough to do something about it.

From a retail business to freight leadership and independent products, I turn real problems into something people can use. I define the workflow, direct implementation with AI tools, test it against the work, and stay involved.

AN IDEA ON
THE MALL FLOOR.

I sourced a touchscreen vending machine overseas, purchased wholesale T-shirts, packaged them into dispensing tubes, and stocked and operated the machine in a shopping mall. It became a real business with real sales.

The vending business earned revenue. When COVID changed people’s willingness to use shared touchscreens, I sold the machine.

03 / WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE

THE JUDGMENT
TO LEAD.
THE INSTINCT
TO BUILD.

Operations leadership with a builder’s perspective. I can work from the problem through the workflow, the people, and the first useful version.

I’m open to leadership opportunities and collaborations where that combination can make a difference.
